The Melissa Education Foundation is hosting the 1st annual Melissa’s Got Talent show on Saturday, February 24 at 6:30 pm (doors open at 6pm) at the competition gym. All applications and video auditions are due January 31st along with the $25 fee. The board will accept the first 30 submissions and a panel of judges will narrow the selections to the top 15 who will perform the night of the event. There will be cash prizes for the top 3 winners (1st place $500, 2nd place $300 and 3rd place $200) and crowd participation is encouraged. The night will begin with a professional magician and lead into our performers. Tickets will be $10 and available for sale at all campuses or you can contact Kellie Maynard at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please come hungry as the Arete food truck will be on site along with full concessions stands.
